Overview
The WP Program is a service of Wayne County Airport Authority and is provided to all eligible colleagues. All users of this website agree that their access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility:
Eligibility for the WP Program is limited to current Wayne County Airport Authority colleagues. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, transfer, or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.
Changes and Disputes:
Wayne County Airport Authority reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Wayne County Airport Authority at its sole discretion. Wayne County Airport Authority reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Participation Enrollment:
Each eligible colleague is automatically enrolled in the WP Program and will use their colleague ID number to gain access to the Reward website.
Earning Rewards:
The earning and accumulation of reward points begins when a colleague becomes eligible. These points will be distributed at the sole discretion of Wayne County Airport Authority.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
· Any Reward Points not redeemed before termination from program separation will expire.
· Reward Points may only be used to redeem for items in the online catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
· The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another participant. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
· Wayne County Airport Authority reserves the right to modify catalog items available in the Reward Points online catalog at any time and without notice.
· When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the online catalog.
· Catalog items are subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Wayne County Airport Authority Reward Points Earned:
This website provides eligible participants with details of transactions, as well as Wayne County Airport Authority Reward Point balances.
Termination of Program:
Wayne County Airport Authority reserves the right to terminate the WP Program at any time without prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination of the program.
Participation Program Tracking:
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded points to redeem items from the Wayne County Airport Authority Reward Points online catalog. Awarded points can only be redeemed for items presented in the Reward Points online catalog.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, Wayne County Airport Authority at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the WP Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Privacy Notice:
This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Wayne County Airport Authority. The information collected on this website will be used by Wayne County Airport Authority in connection with the WP Program.
